- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Nguyen spent five minutes or more yelling at me. I said the dentures were too big, they were gouging into my mouth, and could not keep them in my mouth. He began yelling at me that there was no such thing as too big, that my gums would grow into them. Next, he proceeded to yell at me that over a 1,000 of his patients have all had the same complaint and he told them the same thing. Gums grow to fit the dentures. And that there was no such thing as too big. He finally consented to take the edges down, but the bottom ones gouge into the back of my mouth and the bottom still, and the teeth are too big, I cannot fit food into my mouth to chew. His behavior triggered my PTSD and I became loud, emotional, and in tears. Every visit to this office has been horrifying.November 15, 2017by Connie S Owens
