- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They gave me an appointment twice and in both I had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. The first time after long time waiting the doctor said that she is in a rush and there are a lot of patients waiting out there and she reschedule me for another appointment. I came to the second appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes and then they informed me that I might wait another 45 minutes. I had to leave the clinic because I took only one hour break from my job ... Why do they give an appointments and let the patient wait all that time. We have jobs and families and they should respect our time. to keep waiting 30 minutes maybe fine but to keep the patient one hour and then they are not sure if the doctor will see me now or another 45 minutes. BAD costumer services. Bad clinic and they don't respect people time at all. I don't recommend this clinic for anyone. Believe me if I have time I would file a complain. they should close this clinic.December 04, 2016by Noora Al Saegh
